Lonestar FHC is based on a European Model - we have both Men's & Women's competitive teams and weekly hockey in pick up games in both Austin & Dallas (we hope to add this in OKC soon!).
Having both Youth and Adult divisions under one club umbrella provides a lot of synergies as many of our adult members coach and umpire in our Juniors Program.
Members hail from all over the world (India, Pakistan, Mexico, Australia, UK, Argentina, Ireland, Germany, South Africa and the US), brought together by their love of Field Hockey
We have pick-up games once per week, on Sundays in the early afternoon.

Currently we play two competitive tournaments per year:
Southwest Regionals : Early December
National Club Champs : (dependent on qualification), mid July.
There will be 3 Seasons for the Adults in 2025/26.
Fall Season: dates and times are as follows:
We love to welcome new members into our community. All new members can join us for 1 session to meet and greet everyone before signing up for the rest of the season / year.
Please email adults@lonestarfhc.com to let us know which session you’d like to join.You will need to pay for USAFHL insurance/membership before joining us, you can do that ($30, select Adult Player/Parent/Fan Membership)
