
Three days of elite training in Austin with guest coaches from Northeastern, Wesleyan, Smith & Middlebury. For U12 Travel players and U14+ — serious players welcome at all experience levels.
Each summer, Lonestar brings together a small group of accomplished collegiate coaches for three days of intensive, high-quality training in Fort Worth. The goal is simple — accelerate your game by training with some of the best coaches in field hockey.
Ideally suited to U14 and older, plus U12 Travel players. Players at any experience level are welcome. Whether you're refining advanced skills or working through a specific part of your game, the small group setting and high coach-to-player ratio means you'll receive direct, individual instruction every day.
Three days of training across two daily sessions. Sessions focus on technical detail, tactical understanding, and competitive game situations. Expect personalised feedback, structured small-group work, and match scenarios designed to challenge your decision-making and execution. The coaches bring deep experience teaching the modern game — you bring the work rate.

Held at Fort Worth Country Day School in Fort Worth — one of the best playing surfaces in Texas. Daily session: 5pm–9pm and then an optional small group each day between 7:30am–11:30am. Bring full kit, shin guards, mouth guard and plenty of water.

Then one optional small group for 1 hour in the morning, slots between: 7:30am – 11:30am (additional fee of $50 per session)
