We love to welcome new members into our community. All new members can join us for 1 session to meet and greet everyone before signing up for the rest of the season / year.

Lonestar FHC is based on a European Model - we have both Men's & Women's competitive teams and weekly hockey in pick up games in both Austin & Dallas. Having both Youth and Adult divisions under one club umbrella provides a lot of synergies as many of our adult members coach and umpire in our Juniors Program.Members hail from all over the world (India, Pakistan, Mexico, Australia, UK, Argentina, Ireland, Germany, South Africa and the US), brought together by their love of Field Hockey

What a session looks like

Every week you'll work through structured skill activities — passing, shooting, ball control — before we open things up for scrimmaging. Sessions are fast-moving, high-energy, and deliberately fun, whether you're picking the game back up or trying it for the first time. The league is co-ed, and we keep teams small so every player gets attention, repetition, and plenty of time on the ball. Players also have the opportunity to compete in tournaments around three times per year.
